Quick check-in, late check-out. Enjoyable breakfast with more fresh, pastries, the roll, worth to decide on it. Easy to get to, great and brilliant location not far from shopping areas around, and public transport.

Really enjoyed experienced and exceptionally welcoming staff and nice sized hotel.

I stayed in the room that was well maintained with modern decor and available with a super high-pressure shower. The location was particularly good and perfect - ease of access to The Willow Tea Rooms. This hotel was in a safe area near to the railway station and Glasgow and the main restaurants nearby...

Calming environment

the location was good and unbeatable as for me, near to railway and bus, and major attractions, great restaurants. i was surprised at nearby piece, they had some goodies, drinks.

Super comfy and friendly vibe

Check-in was easy, super chill staff ready to help. The breakfast was solid, just wish they had more vegan options like hot meals or pancakes. Room was spacious and the shower was great! Nice touch with the bar offering snacks, but could use more drink options. Perfect spot for exploring Glasgow.

It has caring and attentive employees on the reception desk. The ambiance is quiet.

All the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, kind and compassionate. We (Canadians) came to Scotland for a funeral,but whilst there, another family member in Glasgow suffered a catastrophic medical condition. At Reception, one staff insisted on my using her cell phone, so that both my son and I could make calls concurrently to the family (3 continents)in this crisis situation. Another staff gave excellent recommendations for meals, upon our request for an Indian/Currie restaurant. The Manager, Andrew, went above and beyond to ensure that we had all services at our disposal; most generously so. He made this hotel memorable. I have never met more compassionate and kind staff. Go Glasgow!

The room was spacious, clean and modern in decor. The beds were very comfortable. Excellently located: short walk to train or bus stations, but far enough away that the riff-raff party-goers are not on your doorstep. A plethora of restaurants/pubs in vicinity.

The sliding bathroom/closet door had to be closed across the bathroom in order to access the closet; good allocation of space, though. There was no fridge in the room.

The air conditioning was ineffective on a hot night, yet the room design was modern.

great access to parks, museums, and vibrant city life

I loved how close everything was, with george square being just a 10-minute walk away and the beautiful glasgow botanic gardens not far from there either, immersing me in the city's rich culture and greenery while exploring the area was such a delight. The staff were friendly and really attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, very clean accommodation, excellent coffee at breakfast, with convenient access to Glasgow Central for exploring the city.
